Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, except where legal exceptions apply.
Return conditions
Items must be returned:
• unused;
• in their original condition;
• with any accessories supplied;
• in suitable packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and checked, the refund will be issued as soon as possible to the payment method used for the order.
